How much for a mint 1.4 sr?

I'm going to look @ a 1990 (G)1.4 sr, i lady owner, only 43000 miles since new, 10 yrs vauxhall service history, original condition,all documents and bills the owner has kept,mint interior and body, how much would a car like this be worth really? it's up for ?1650

Sound v.nice, i would offer her ?1400, sounds like a minter, its very rare
u come across a car with a spec like this, if its true? Would settle on ?1500
if she pushed me.

is the acr rust free? if it is then buy it coz its easy to spend that amount getting the car back to show condition whent they start to rust (GM DOORS ARE ?220!) (AND IVE NEVER SEEN ANYBODY WHO MAKES GOOD COPYS YET!)

look under the rear bumper - i maen take it ofonly two bolts,usually big rust bit, also in boot floor
