As far as I know, the oldest GSi possible is a H reg...right, but, is it at all possible that one could have reached the UK early, and been registered on a G plate? I know it's unlikely, or maybe impossible but just wondered. ???

Also, are there any J plate GTE's.....maybe a few left over.....ones registered late maybe???
I know there's the odd L-reg MKII Nova, so wondered if the same happened with the last MKI's

Well you can get H reg MK1's innit too... So doubt you'd find a G reg MK2 really...

Cheers lads....the reason I was asking about the GSi G reg, was that I've seen a "GSi" for sale, but it said it was a G-plate, so though it must be a GTE that's been converted.

Well, the owner has contacted me this morning, and says that the ad was wrong, and it's actually a H-plate, and is a proper GSi......so, it looks might I may be buying it :D

Good point Micky.....there never was a Corsa GTE...only ever the GSi, so you could have anything from an E plate GSi, though it's still not a Nova by name. I'm not sure if this is totally true, as I don't know much about the Opel models, but might be right ;)
