If i got a CD/Mp3 Headunit in my car, and then a screen, sould i be able to set it up so tht track names, artist etc are displayed on the screen, like a playlist? :?

yes m8 u should most screen cd/mp3 headunits these days allow u to program them in and some are automatic programmed.
depends on the disc/mp3 disc digital data (i think)
