Or are they them radio things that can pick up the police communications. And aircraft/helicopter radio signals.
I have used one, my mates dad has got one.
I think they may be illegal but don't know for sure. Because they are very handy to thieves.

Ive seen them in the shops for 80quid They are LEGAL but if you get cought on the police,Army ect then they can do you for it :twisted:
