lots of tools time and effort. well worth it tho in the long run as you can make the new shell mint much easier than doing it with the car built. you also could stitch weld the shell while you are at it which will stiffen and strengthen it.

Some paper and a pen to record/draw what goes where.
Some masking tape to label everyhting with.
Plastic bags to put fixings in that cant be returned to where they were removed from.
Haynes manual to show you how to make a neat job of removing difficult things like a dash.
Somewhere clean and tidy to chronologically put everyhting
The willingness to spend money replacing stuff thats knackered or broken :lol:
