Nova Steering Probs.

Ok my m8 has a nova and wen he turns the wheel the steering wheel doesnt seem to stay in the same place.... it turns at a wierd angle?
any suggestions...... oh and is there a way of making a nova have power steering? :?

Erm my steering wheel turns slightly wonky... thinks it's the wheel rather than steering components in my case.

No Nova came with PAS, but there is a way of making one have PAS, saw it on a site, it involves getting a PAS pump n everythin from a corsa. It looked very very expensive 2 do, think it was 300 quid for the PAS system from a second hand specialist. To be honest i don't think it's worth it

The thing i found if u want easier steering is get all your tracking wheel alignment all properly sorted out n get a smaller aftermarket wheel. It just seems to make it alot easier to menouver e.t.c

Cheers but surely if u get a smaller wheel will it not be harder to turn? :?

Erm you would think that, but handling a smaller wheel is easier, you can palm steer on a small wheel n spin it around quicker e.t.c

Just find it easier to manage - thus making the steering easier to cope with
