What would you say is the average price of a garage fitting a suspension kit?

id say about ?60 by a garage

but if u got to kwik fit most of the fitters would do you a back hander :lol:

i wouldnt go to Kwik fit to get them to do something to my car if someone paid me ! lol

Have a go yourself, using the Haynes manual just follow that to remove the suspension, and in classic Haynes style, re-fitting is reversal to removing,LOL. :lol:
Remember you need a spring compressor before starting.

i dunno if i dare tryin myself, will no doubt cock it up. i read a guide for the back ones somewhere so i might give them ago, will ask around for prices in a garage too tho

It is quite easy, basically you just undo the top strut bolts and slide the shock out, you have to take a few bits from the old shock so you need a compressor to remove the spring,and replace it with your new shock.
The backs are easier.
