Alright people, i am a new user, with a question? I have a G-reg nova merit and have done small mods (alloys, half a system, central locking, new grille and clear indicators), what i really want to kbnow is how to fit a GSI spoiler on to my beast? I have the spoiler and fittings but need to know the measurements for the wholes. The old man has tried it once and messed it up, it did mean buying a new tailgate and i don't want a repeat. Any suggestions :?

Know this wont be much use but it needs to be done the old fashioned way by measuring and drilling carefully. the way I did it when I had one was part using a template and part measuring from the crease in the tailgate. Either that or you cut the bolts off and bond it on.

You have a GSi spoiler some card and a pen don't you?

Just remember to mark top and bottom, so the holes are right.

Easiest way i found was too cut off the old bolts then bond the spoiler on with sticko flex/tiger seal an drill some new holes into the inside of the tailgate and into the spoiler. Then just put some screws thru n it just gives some extra support.

I've done this, was a right pain in the arse. My advice would be to buy a tailgate with one already on. Then you flush it at the same time
