GSI cut out bumper?

How hard is it to do, and i wanna cut it out like JAMESNOVAS in the 1.2 section, and how much would a bodyshop charge to do it?

Do you all reckon I could do that with my standard mk2 bumper? does it have enough depth init compared to the GSi ones? I could put a splitter on it to make up for the bottom??? Any suggestions please?

a lad on here called gazza14sr did this to his standard sr bumper aint seen him on much but pm him and ask him he sent me sum pics but ive not got em ne more sorry
