Ticking noise

As title only just started when i rev the car up a little bit it gets faster any ideas what it could be and how bad is it??????

it will be your hydraulic lifters/followers (lots of people call them different things lol)

you can try an oil adative to try to shut them up. or strip the head down and clean them (or buy new ones)

I thought that was what it was aswell but I took it to a garage and the bloke said it was the manifold blowing it doe's sound like tappets,cam whatever lol

Sounds like Lifters are dry

If i boot mine to 7k RPM it makes the same sound untill the oil returns to the head.

What's ure oil level like !? maybe an poil change will help ?
