all information shown is available from companies house
In other words:
"Probably best not to order anything from them at present"
lol i've known the company is (IMO) rubbish for ages.
A "source" has said the company never pays its bills to suppliers etc.. so the above is not suprising!
I bet the repairs to the VX220 are in that credit report somewhere..
Ste you know your gonna get sued or something for posting that arn't you.. lol
Afaik Breeny that Info is public domain stuff anyway?

Jesus, doesnt look good for them does it!
There magazine, and advertising in mags etc would make you think they are very successful! A major re-think is needed i think, what they supply is very good, they need to concentrate more on the customer!
I've learned alot from my boss in work. Everyone that askes for something in the shop, we right it down. If we dont have it, we take the persons number, try and source it, ring them, then order with deposit.
Now we wern't really following this procedure, and after a while we had loads of forms laying around with customer enquireys!
So one day, me and the boss took on the task of calling back all the customers who were even just asking about simple stuff, like blue lights?!.. And we brought in around 3k worth of business in a matter of hours.
This is all business that would have been lost if we didnt, and with us not getting back to the customers, it would have spread bad word about us promising calls that we didnt follow up!
Now we always call back the customers, always write down every customers phone numbers to call them when the item comes into stock, and generally keep on top of things, and its working great!

Good man, Keith. What company you work for?
Good automotive companies a v. rare and I go out of my way to use the few good ones I know.
My little theory is: most auto companies are run by blokes, and most blokes are crap at customer service. For example when I was trawling breakers for CR box:
ME: Hi I need F13 CR gearbox for Vauxhall No-
BLOKE: Nope, don't wanna get involved.
ME: Don't want to get involved?
Bloke: No don't want anything to do with it.
ME: er, right, bye
May only be a small sale but surely its worth getting off his arse to check his stock to make a 50-70 quid sale?

It's a shame really because I've never had any problems with getting stuff from PVD, but it looks like they could be shutting down in the near future.

10 CCJ's!! surprised theres that few really. Thats all I need to see to put me off using them. If they have upset people to the point that they are taking them to court then I am not bothered!
Looks like the appalling service you hear about all the time is finally backfiring!!

Thought there stand was quite poor at pv! hire van etc. Remember last year they had a massive marque and tried to look the part.
All the advertising and catalogues dont help, i dread to think how much each month costs them in total vauxhall! Its all about image with automotive company's but think they might have started running before they can walk.

no, he wont. that info is readily available. like Jules said, it is public domain stuff.
Companies House (where they hold accounts/directors/secretary/actual business details) hold info on EVERY company that is in the country, and is readily available to the public, so they can see what the company sell, how well they are doing and what shares etc they have on offer.
lolol Think I know that from Jules etc posts now but thanks Mel!
Soon as I heard it was public stuff I posted it on 2 other sites myself 8) lolol
Only PLC's and LTD's have to publicise their accounts. Not every company.
An advantage of being a sole trader or a partnership is that you avoid this falling into the public domain.
they have had another 4 ccjs this month
