Delocking a 1.3SR

Hi, i have a 1.3 SR . it does have central locking but doesn't always work.

The point being, is that i am thinking of delocking it.

Question 1.
What electronics do I need to complete this.

Question 2.

How much will it cost if I do myself?

ull need to put a remote on to it so u can trigger the central locking system, probably best to buy a cheap alarm for like 80 quid
