yea i think il go the the 18th as i missed out on the last one and PV due to gear linkage probs, wana see wot the valver can do with 15's as apose to 16's, better suspension, an no bak seats, managed 14.6 with full interior, 16's an rubbish suspension! should be fun :twisted:

Cheers mate, im looking forward to seeing my car run too, lol. If all goes well (dam, I've said that alot over the last 12 months, lol) It might be up and running next weekend, maybe even driveable :o

how much was out last time?

all i have got rid of is rear seats, parcel shelf and spare wheel. still got door cards, stereo, rear side panels, e.t.c.

i had most of the rear seats some where stuck, fully loaded i ran 16.4, but i should have my new exaust on by then

i would be able to go to the one thats on the 10th but not the 18th as that is on the same weekend as png/pvg natoinal day....

July - National Weekend
Saturday and Sunday 17th and 18th July - Wicksteed Park, Northamptonshire

The National Weekend is back!!

The theme for this years National Weekend is RELAX. Enjoy a relaxing
weekend with your fellow club members. There is no need to book, just turn up and pay the ?10 Wicksteed entry fee. We?ll be there, I hope you will be too.
Expect to see the usual traders and concours competitions along with lots of improptue fun and games. Entry to the competitions will be taken in the marquee on the Saturday. All competitions will take place on Sunday.
Saturday is mainly members only day (join on the day to stay overnight if you want to). We will be checking for membership cards on entry to the club area. Overnight is once again strictly for members only. Wicksteed is not a public camp site. We are allowed special permission for our members and our members only, to stay over night.
On Sunday the gates will be open for all Vauxhall?s and Opel?s. As Billing won?t be happening until September, we are expecting a larger turnout than usual for our July weekend.
There is no excuse not to turn up. NO PRE-BOOKING is needed. Just turnup for the best club weekend this year

well i have just got the valver working and took it out managed to destroy a few drivshafts, apart from that it was very quick. So i'll definately be going now as long as it stays working.
