Sun stroke been in hospital today

I think the sun got the better of me this weekend, plus with the sun this

week i found myself on my back looking up at the roof of my office.The

Doc said I had a sirious case of sun burn and heat stroke.

I did try and warn you all to take sun cream. Santa Pod is a nightmare cause you don't feel the heat because of the wind.

Oh well, you and many others have learnt your lessons I guess.

I wore loads of sun cream at PV but still burned and ending up almost passing out and being sent to A & E on monday.
