did u buy a replacement panel, or did u just use a bit of steel? if you used a replacement panel, where did u get it, and how much?
sorry for the questions, but i've got a big..and i mean BIG hole all the way up the chassis leg from that point. :oops:
Good work. One question though, what sort of grinder are you using to get the underseal stuff off on the underside of the chassis rail?

Mel, i actually got the chassis leg off of another Nova at the scrapyrard as mine was beyond repair. The metal plate on the boot floor i just made myself out of some sheet steel :)
Ben, i'm using a compressed air grinder with a rubber wheel attachment it whips it all of real easily :)
