Just a quick one

when I go round a right hand bend the front passenger wheel starts to rub, like the bearings are wearing out, this only happens on this wheel and it only happens when turning right. Any ideas any1. I thought it might be the CV boot but not sure?????

Cheers all

the way to find out is to stick you head under you're wheel arch and have a look lol. Easy.

Could be that the rack isn't square.

After a while, and numerous adjustments to tracking, the rack in its straight position is not actually central in the rack. This would cause you to be able to turn more clockwise than anticlockwise, left and right. Make sense??

Easy way to check is to see how much thread is showing on the track rods.

If they are different then get the tracking done and point out that it needs to be centred, or centre it yourself and then get it tracked.
