Question about lowering!!!

i want to lower my 14sr but the rear looks extremely low already, about 1 inch from the tyre. The rear looks lower because the rear arches, as on all 14sr's, are horizontal. But the fronts are arched, so this gives the allusion that the front is higher but reallt it is level, so will it effect the car if i only lower the front???

You say there is a gap between the top of the tyre and the arch of an inch??

That is way too high, the arch wants to be just above the rim of the wheel (or lower for you 17" - 19" Mofos). The front looks great when the tyre is just under the arch or level with it.

50mm rear 40mm front, thats what I'm aiming for, exept a 1.8 is heavier than std engine so front is actually 45 - 50mm lower so the back will have to be 55 - 60mm.
