Toyota MR2 rev3

Anyone know any stats for the MR2 mark 2 the 173BHP one.

Very hard to find anything about these cars.

0-60
0-100?

Depends which model. Are you talking about the N/A or Turbo? A friend at work has one, his is the 2.0 16v MR2 GT and it produces 156bhp, 0-60 in 7.5 weighs 1250g and has a max speed of 137mph.

yes mate the N/A you got it.

A friend has one and he was saying he can get to 100 in around 15 seconds, do u think this is true,

he can hit the ton in third, but surely this is too quick?

his is the one before the emissions were reduced so hes got 173bhp, but i dont think this makes much difference.

whats ur mates 0-100 roughly?

the earlyones (square rear light's) were around 150bhp and the later's(rounded rear lights) make about 170

The 1/4mile time of my mates MR2 is suppose to be around 17.1. He's be crossing the line at around 90mph I suppose, so 15secs to 100 may be a little optimistic. Saying this, your friend has the model with more BHP, so maybe it's not far off.

for 1/4 mile thats not particularly good though is it?

my 106 will do the 1/4 in 16 something, and 0-100 in 22 secs, so hi 0-100 should be worse than 22, would you agree?

Rev3 is 173bhp, and 0-60 in 7.7sec....Not sure on 0-100 tho....
