i had the 40mm drop n as soon as i put my springs on i wished i went for the 60mm or 80mm. if you go for the right offset (49mm) then 15s should be right with minimal arch mods and a bigger drop.

how do i tell what the offset is of the alloys. and why did you wish that you went for a lwer drop and not just the 40-mm?

iv got 16s with a 45 profile tyre the 40mm drop only just got the tyre in the rear arch this gave me better handleing however the car looked as though it should have had a bull bar and a sticker that said 'i love my landy' on the back window. one of my mates got 60mm springs n i put my wheels on it, the tyre was nicely tucked up in the arch. another of my mates then got 15s of the same wheel he had custom 80mm springs n the rim was tucked well in the arch which looked sweet. ..usually the offset will be a stamped number or a raised number either next to the holes where you put the wheel bolts through or on the inside of the rim.

What tyre profile are you using aswell? What make are the alloys if you don't know the offset
