Bumper Recess

Hey all. I was looknig around for a bumper recess and I saw this from Quad Conversions http://www.quadconversions.com/vauxhall_nova_no.plate_info.htm and was wondering if it'll fit a original bumper (GSi not that it makes a difference). Or if not does anyone know a recess that will fit with as little mods as possible.
