Right then, after a month of looking for a decent golf mk2 gti 16v I may of finally found one! As far as rust goes, they don`t so thats not really a problem but finding a realistically priced 16v one is! Mr Storey, you said the mk 2`s were slow and sh1t at handling (to sum it up!) a while back, well you were either driving an 8v or a 16v below 4500 revs because after that they just fucking shift in every gear! I`m not saying they`re any better than novas buy if you get cance to have a go in a 16v mk2 driven hard, it`s quite an experience! I`ll now wait for the abuse;)
