Quit smoking !

I started today at about 12 o'clock

Has anyone else tryed to stop smoking without patches an stuff?

My grandad used to smoke 20 a day, then one day he just told me he wasn't go to smoke again, and never touched a fag since, that was 10 years ago. No help at all, just will power.Now that is respectful :+:

use to smoke when i was younger at school but then i realised it was a crap thing to be doing,so i stoped...

never saw the point in it my selth.

Me and me fella quit well over a year ago now,

but you have to quit drinking as well, otherwise it is risky

we started again a few weeks ago and trying to quit all over again!!

we didnt use anything apart from each other as punch bags!!! :roll:
