gsi wires/colours

hey, i've put a nova gsi engine into a mates corsa and was just wondering what colour wire does what on the loom, ,just to get the car running. The corsa doesnt have rev counter so pretty much just need to know the essentials to get it running.

ok on the gsi engine loom there should be a plug with a few wires in it. you need to connect the thick red one to 12+ battery. the small black wire goes to a switched igntion feed(look near the coil area for another thin black wire) and the red/blue wire goes to the fuel pump positive. thats should get you running.

for reference rev counter is green wire, blue wire is coolant temp sensor and the other one(cant remember colours) is oil pressure

infact i just looked at the same post you put up that another guy has replied to. he's right brown white is enginemanagament light. oil pressure is on the car loom.
