this weekend got a bit further.....

got a fairly good sized intercooler and trial fitted it.

bumpers bigmouthed now, just needs finishing

grill is pretty much finished,

yeh looks good. if you could sort the lip on the big mouth as you said, you will be able to move the cooler down more so it fits better.

not that hard, jus alot of fiberglass and and an angle grinder
