The idle mixture screw is at the botton left corner on the picture

doesn't that just alter the mixture at idle though?

the engine is running fine at idle, its when its under load that the problems start!

doesn't matter, i've found it, doesn't seem to have solved my problem though!

its at the back on the right hand side inside a little hole.

Oppisite side to the idle screw.

That carb doesn't look like a 32/34 DMTL to me?

I agree, it doesn't look like a weber 32/34.

i didnt think it looked like a webber either but as i said, i've found the screw and richened the mixture a little bit.

the problem with the car running shit though wasn't down to the mixture, the cam belt had jumped a tooth! 5 minute job to fix and it goes like fuck again now!

Well it was titled as a weber 32/34 but i have my own suspisions now, maybe it doesn't look exactly like it because it is a diagram, hhmmm :?:

Its very hard to tune carbs spot on at home, get it setup proper at a local weber/carb specialist or rolling road place.
Money well spent, more bhp, smoother and better fuel consumption, better cold starting.
Soon pays for the setup in saved fuel.

yeah i know, i've bin meaning to get it done for ages but i've bin thinking about an engine conversion for a while too so i didn't see the point in spending the money getting it set up if i was going to be getting rid of it in a couple of months.

i have another problem that need sorting first before i do anything else though, my front brakes are locked on solid!

i've tried taking them to bits, removed the pistons, cleaned them up, put it all back togeher and its still the same so i'm thinking its possibly time for a new master cylinder!

that pik aint accurate thats the idle mixture is lkower down on the back of the carb it makes loads of difference just doing small adjustments
