Trouble fitting astra gte brakes

I have just recently bought some Astra GTE vented discs and calipers for my 1.4 SR. Anyone know if there are any guides to fitting these?

tried today and there are the main bolts u need to take off for you to get the calipers off but they seem to be a weird shape and difficult to get to.

Go to the Modifications page, then Mechanical, then 16V brakes. :D

the bolts to hold on the caliper are two 10mm allen head bolts. dont try and use an allen key as they just strip it. get an old ten mil allen key and cut about 2 inches off it. stick this in the end of your ten mm socket and use that to free them. also have the steerng on full lock to the right when doin the drivers side and vice versa for passenger side.

good tip about the allen key bit 'rodgerq' many a time did i bugger the allen bolt up cos the thing is so blody tight.

changed my discs and pads last night and it makes it a lot easier doing it with a ratchet.
