2.0l 16v Maintenance Prices

Just looking for some basic maintenance prices for a valver,

how much are things like:

spark plugs,
ignition leads,
coil,
dizzy,
cambelt

etc etc

Been told that afew of the above are silly prices, but thought i'd asl on here as alot of people have them now so theyd know for sure.

cambelt+rollers ?60-80

no more than 13 sr parts

i paid ?100 for

cam belt
dizzy
leads
head gasket
oli filter
head bolts


that was at trade, but paid simlar sort of price when i did my sr
