My digidash Rev counter won't work ! HELP !

After running the car for a while without the rev counter hooked up, i decided to hook it up.

My coil has a Brown,Red(pink) and black wires, with no green, but there is a blank terminal where i think the usual green wire should go !

I first tried hooking it up to the Blank terminal, notthin happened, then the brown terminal, notthin happened, then the others, btu still nothin happens !

i run outta ideas now, please can anyone help !?

I think you have to connect a wire to the blank terminal, thats the point everyone uses.
It should work.

try connecting it to the -ve connetion on the coil body. that should work.
