Finding my colour code

I have a 1.4i 1993 Nova Merit and need to know if the colour is:
E474 - Glacier White
Because I have the opertunity to buy pre-painted bumpers in that colour
I assume this code will be on the VIN plate, if so where is it :S

As u can probs tell im a bit of a noobie to moddin cars :roll:
