View Full Version : Got my car fixed at last (pics)
At last I have had the enthusiasm to get my valver fixed and back on the road after sitting in the garage looking sorry for itself on axle stands for 5 weeks. Just a shame about the wheels as I cant afford any new ones before PV. It fired up first time with no tapping (which is unusual for this engine) and runs like a dream. Just needs a bit of TLC before PV show.

looking good mate like it
prpoper sleeper lol :D
I had problems with the door cards as the standard ones wouldnt fit because of the door bars on the cage, so today I have stripped the old door cards of the handles and pockets and covered them in blue leather look vinal. I think it looks sweet. Will get some pics and post them up.

nice!!
makes me want to keep the original colour of my nova seeing it look nice and shiny like that!!
need to get mine t-cut lol
that looks lovely.
What you done the door cards in? That effect's great
It is vinal leather look. The place where i got it from is shutting down so it is only ?5 per metre, so I am gonna go back at weekend and get some more to do the rear door cards, boot side trim panels and the boot inside panel. And maybe the floor? Opinion as I think it might be too much
Chris
Brilliant, bargain.
if you were plannin on removin the spare wheel, i reakon u should make a false floor (from boot area) and cover it in it. Reakon that'll look cool (but obviously with a design lol) give it a thought anyway
