i am in the pipeline of buying some spax lowering brings (45mm) if i got them, would i have to get specific dampers? shocks? to go with them? and how much could i get some for, cheers.

look in the 4 sale section mate i recon ben was sellin sum adjustables or sum 1 was ne way

but u can still use ur standard dampers for a while till u sorce sum out

u can run em on standard 4 as long as u want
its recomended that 60mm or lower up rate ur shox

yes u can use them for as long as u want
as was said its only a drop of 60mm or more
when you are recomended to uprate the shocks

it will wear ur standard shocks out quicker and the ride will not b too nice i'd advise u to use uprated shocks wiv ne lowering springs!
