Is this a powercap?

Bought a 2.0l 16v Nova the other week and the SFi Box has been replaced with so say a powercap, but ive never seen one before so if anyone has take a look.

Is a bit weird as most bits have GM part numbers on so any explanations?

It's an alternative (cheaper) way of replacing the SFI box - usually done in corsa b's where the SFI box wont fit ! The pipe's off a 20XEV vectra with a home made mounting plate - cost of pipe from Vauxhall - about 12 quid - as opposed to over 100 quid for the powercap

The choice is yours !!!!

well it was fitted to the car by regal when they done the conversion.

Just got to sort out the Pouros head now as well wich is a swine.
