CV boot Question

simple really but how can u tell if the CV boot is knackered.

thats it.

it will be split and vomiting grease everywhere



or you can tell if its on its way out if its got cracks/dry rot in the valleys


the boots are easy to change, so you might aswell do all 4 at once, that way you know they are new etc blah blah
