Finally I'm ready for the 2004 show season, missed Donny and Castle Combe but I've been driving "X" around for 500 miles and all seems to have gone sweetly with the conversion.

Just to help with the air flow I've also fitted an Isuzu bonnet vent. Only thing I'm not happy about is that the BTB manafold resonates like a swine!!! It's the 2-1 collector ringing so we'll weld some straps across it, that should sort it.

Sounds great though being able to hear the valves clacking against the head as they close is a bit odd at first :D

Conclusion:

Throttle bodies are worth EVERY penny!

Looks good Dave, but do me a favour...remove the "feathering" around the edge of the picture, that sort of thing should be left for portraits ;)

Jim - and this isn't worth putting on my wall? :lol: Got knows what the torque is, or the bhp. It's not mapped yet and still drives great. It's my first attempt at TB but it drives so easily, 15 mph in 4th in trafic is no problem....

Mel, I've been a show goer for the last 6 years tho this will be the 3rd year the Nova has gone. We'll all be at PV on the 6th.... On the VxlSCC western stand.

Cost = you don't want to know........! but I'll tell you anyway, ?140. I had it custom made in Holland at the same time as the engine covers.
