View Full Version : my nova repairing in progress!!
well its getting done as you can see by the pic it was some big holes in the floor same both sides and some little ones in the sills and batt tray
and some rusty areas around the front sus turrets but i had to get it fixed asap coz im driving about in a rover 214i 16v with no mod cons and i miss my nova so ?400 seems a fare price http://img18.photobucket.com/albums/v55/xzibit/PIC000024.jpg
my mate gets too work grinding away :lol: heres a rust free spot now
but it will be done in a week or 2 :lol:

My mini is at a similar stage, stripped it completey so no chance of fire, that does look v.painful.
looking quit good mate. im glad you did just sell or scrap it cause its a very nice mk 1, and as for the hand :cry:

nice of david hasslehoff to lend a helping hand with the grinding
hmm i had an "issue" when i was stripping the soundproofing out with a blow torch, the plastic fuel lines melted and a barn caught fire :s
the right hand side of the car is done all thats left to do now is the other suspention turret a hole under the passenger seat and a spot at the back of the sill oh and a football size hole in the passenger footwell :lol: trouble is work has stopped due to blisters!so a week or so till we get back to work then im gonna rewire the whole car theres a couple of things i wonna get sorted while the carpets out of it :wink:
