Which clutch?

ah well looks like its time to change the clutch on my valver, can anyone recommend a good type/make? the car is only used for track use so it is driven pretty hard. it is a C20XE engine with an F20 gearbox

You will prolly find a new standard one will be ok unless you do a lot of crazy standing starts with a well uprated engine. However if you are after summink with a bit more muscle then you can try helix stuff which is very good. People like harry hockly will give you good advice of whats the best combination. Dan on here has used a paddle clutch and finds it very good and not at sharp and snatchy

you'll get people bitching about paddle clutches being harsh etc, but ive driven one a long way, having never really driven with one before. and to be honest i noticed NO difference in the way you had to change gear etc

but its reassuring to know that the clutch is good for x ammount of uprated engineness (hmm iffy wording from an enginer lol)
