if bigger u can always get sum sort of pod for it

as 4 wirin it up it picks its feed up off ur coil and pick the light feed up for it from ur sidelight wire on ur head unit

There may be a gren wire at the back of the dials, that isn't connected.
Some had them even though they didn't have tacho's. If there is then use that.
If there is no green wire then you get any piece of wire and connect one end to the bottom-right terminal(i think) of the ignition coil and the other end to the tacho feed signal on your dial.

Tacho wires are always green.

Hope this helps you mate. :D

as you pull the clocks out on the block connector its the top right one, really its the only green one there

find ur dizzy cap, then follow the thick HT lead that doesnt go to a spark plug. that iz ur ignition coil!! there is a plug wit 3 wires comin off, pull this off and ull find a fourth pin that has no wire attached, stick ur taco signal wire on there!! worked fine on mine, lyk in the haynes max book!

is there no chance of interference from that point?

Nah it should be fine, its the point that everyone uses and i don't think anyone has reported any problems.

ive been told today that my ignition coil is not one that comes with the car.

it is bosch, and its got 2 plugs on the top of it and there is one plug in the one nearest the suspension pod and a rubber cap over the one nearest to the headlight.

would this be any different?
