Hey everyone, just got myself the central locking and electric windows from a 1.2i Luxe+ in my local scrappy. Just wired it all up to my car to check it all works, and discovered I have a problem with the central locking motors.

When I "Lock" the master (drivers) motor, the slave motor unlocks, and vice versa. I've tried unplugging them and the C/L relay to make them reset, but the passenger motor always does the opposite ofd the driver motor. Any ideas?

Cheers,

switch the wires to the slave motor over

But the loom and motors are wired up straight out of the scrap car - surely they don't need modifying? It's a 5 door loom going into my 3 door (minus the two rear door motors) - would that make a difference, and if so, is it possible to convert the loom into a 3 door without messing the whole lot up?

Cheers,

flip the wires going to the passenger door motor

As Aaragorn says. Reverse the wires (therefore reversing the polarity)
