View Full Version : help!
ive jus bought a set of speedlines, whacked em on and took the car for a spin down the road, to my horror it made a hell of a noise(a loud screeching which stopped whenever i put the brakes on) i found out that the brake caliper is catching on the inside! wots goin on like? wot can i do? any advice guys?
what size wheels? Standard Nova callipers?
they r 16s m8, and the calipers were on when i had the car aint changed em
Standard calipers can't catch on 16" wheels, 2.0 calipers shouldn't do either. Are you sure its the brakes and not anything else.
And what model Nova have you got.

id check the dust guards on the front brakes, there easily caught when messin on with the wheels and if they make contact with the brake will screech during use and more ften than not when just driving along
