How to get the fuel pressure regulator off??!?

I want to get the fuel pressure regulator off on my gsi coz i've been told that if you put a higher tension spring in it, it will have the same effect as an fse power boost valve. Anyone know how to get it off coz the screws/bolts look weird and i dont know what to use to get them off?!?!? :?:
