leaking water pump on gsi??

i have a bad coolant leak on my gsi which i think is the water pump.. (u can see where the water is leaking from in the pic) how do i go about changing it on these cos i have never done one (only 20xe) and aint got haynes to hand.. any help appreciated..http://img25.photobucket.com/albums/v76/lid0n/coolant_leak.jpg

just use some of that rad seal stuff. thats what ive just done cos i know the pump is fine its just the rubber o ring perreshes after a while.
get it from kevin coopers for about 2 quid or something. just pour it into your coolant system and leave it to do its job then flush out with new coolant. job done
