Firstly, been offered a set of 16s that fit no problem :D but just wondered if anyone knows how much this would effect my accelleration and handling.

Also, im runing a gsi engine now and wondered what do you remove to fit a induction kit as there is a plug that goes to the air flow meter and unsure what to do. Does a 'cone' style filter fit?

Cheers

Hi Gaz....
First as you have already been running 15's.... the upgrade to 16's will be virtually unnoticable. You only time you may feel the difference is acceleration top end. Theres really not much in it.

When you buy an Induction kit for your engine, you get a Cone type filter that replaces the air box (you retain the Airflow meter) Just unbolt the box from the airflow meter, clamp on the induction kit and mount the new bracket that holds the Airflow meter in place.

Goods a goodum.

wanna race? i want to find a 1600 locally to see how mine compares.

as for the wheel's, it depends profile of the tyres if it makes a difference to gearing.

when u upgrade to 16's its likely you'll have a lower profile tyre so the actual tyre circumference will be about the same as the 15's with the higher profile.

You won't notice any difference except for the width which will help grip round corners.
