Is a Oil cooler necessary 4 a 20xe conversion?

Positives? Negatives? Any info on them!

as far as i know it depend's on your rev limit, and how much above standard it is. so a standard xe=not needed.

i aint using one on my standard 20xe nova but u will have to get a part off the 8v engine instead of the sandwich plate the part number is ...90144360 tis only a few quid tho...

why have you got to uses the 8v one. i have the 8v sandwhich plate and cant see any difference to the xe one.

also where do you put the pipes to the cooler from the plate as there is no space between the chassis and the bottom pully and the tyre would hit them if it was on the inner wing :?:
