the thing is that my 60 mm lowering springs on standard shocks on the back look almost the same as standard ride height as i have no weight in the back end of my car so i want a set up which will still be low even with my lack of weight.

hmmm... sure the springs are 60mm? even with no weight in the back of mine, on 40mm it looked noticeably lower... the spax kit with the supplied springs brought the rear rim just near the arch (15" wheels)

ive got them on now, feels way more stable at speed! but still doest corner as i want it to, but i guess the springs need to settle, an i havent put Bushes on yet, or fiddled with the height an stuff........
hope so anyways
