Right hello everyone and how are you?

Thought i would say hello and introduce my self.

Well: Garreth Sleigh, often known as G_Sleigh, Owner of G.S Motorsport (www.GSMotorsport.com), help establish TripleXXXtreme (www.triplexxxtreme.co.uk), moderator and official for the Saxo Sports Club, and modified car event organizer.

Try and get around as many cruise groups to say hello as I can. if you see me at a show just come say hello, I always wearing full G.S Motorsport gear and be around me car on Max Power stand or trade stand.

Bit about my car then, well its had 4 body kits, 4 colours including rage paint, pearls, etc, 3 engines, 2 sets of running gear, 4 interiors, 3 exhaust systems, only Saxo with complete leather floor, roof, and the rest.

intersted in all modified cars, not just saxos... as long as alot of effort put in to one. then fair play :D

Reconised your user name from my days as a saxo owner! used to go on SSC quite often.

Think ull find that Novaloads the place to be, every1 ive had contact with so far have been sound. Pretty new here myself.

the Admin thing was just about some one on here acting really really foolish. its been sorted.

on a general note :D

saxos drivers dont like most people... well they think there faster than most cars on the planet ;) its just a saxo thing! LOL.

Nah we alright really. i got nothing against novas if done well :D my front bumper was inspired by a nova.

at end of day, Saxo and 106 are just a modern Nova, they all had there time now and more hatches coming out. just how it goes :D

Its very funny...

Hey they can be fast, we got some 200BHP + saxos, and as standard well set up.

BUt yea they aint the fastest thing around. MINE is slow on 18" wheels. lose to much power.

As a former saxo owner i can now say that i hate the things! cos they go wrong alot and every1 has got 1.

But they aint that slow really, i had a 1.4 westcoast and it was just as quick as a Nova sr and a Nova sri.

But a Gsi would kill a Vtr, i hope so anyway. No saxo driver ever seams to wanna race me though! except some guy who had a tuned up vts and totally whipped me.

On SSC there are supercharged saxos and turbos that are quicker than some valvers.

Seen a vid of 1 doin 0- off the clock. Mint!

Nice to see that a saxo driver has got respect for novas though, cos alot of ppl have Novas labelled as slow rustbuckets!

Yea i got alot of respect for anyone that puts effort into a car to be honest.


If its a larda (spelling) with a twin turbo 2i dropped in

Nova with seriously kit and engine work

BMW X5 with pimp kit..

Its just good to see people doing what they like and the unique cars that come from it.

Even if i dont like a car or a kit, if they put hundreds of hours moulding it and doing what they want. ten fair play.

There is 1 NOVA that i know of more than any other....

and the time on it i respect...

Yeah, its a lovely nova.

i gotta say tho well done to him to having a great nova, and also how the f**k did he have all the energy/enthusiasm to do all that? - i usually give up after a couple hours sitting and thinking 'what the hell do i do next' :lol:

U spend every night after work sitting with fibreglass and filler and having fun ;)

Trust me.. months and months of playing around with the stuff and u start to really get into it when shaping etc :D
