Grey bits on a 1.4sr help??

you know the grey bits on the bottom of a mk2 1.4sr, what are they, paint or a really long sticker, so this leads me to ask if its paint what exact colour is it and if its a sticker where do ya get them from?? Cheers!!

its vynal mate if its original but then i've seen novas wiv black paint put on to make it look like vynal
