Twin webbers on a gsi

Got a spare engine and box which i am rebuilding.

And will soon have the oppurtunity to get a set of webbers at a discount price!
so,
what thing do u need when installin webbers???
Do u still have your ecu?
Will u still be able to have a rev limiter?
