firstly list youre car, spec, mileage, general condition; as much about ur car as you can. then tell us what twin 40's-wise you have; are they new, just two carbs? no linkage/manifold etc?? won't get no replies with just what youve sed. then we can start to help.

big thing id say (from experience)

is not only get the correct inlet manifold - get it port matched.

RR prooved that from running a incorrect inlet that i had machiend as close as i could to my head - to the correct inlet manifold, exactly port matched

15 BHP

yes - fifteen. thats a lot in my book for something thatll cost you ?80 to get done right :!: (including manifold if you look hard enough)

I put every engine i do on the rollers/ dyno as setup alone is worth power.

make sure you save some money for the rollin road session cus it cost me 142 quid when i had my 1.4sr.... that was partly becus the carbs had come of 1600 and needed different jets and 2 hours of settin up. a decent set up will prob cost you 80-100quid if they have the correct jets

go to http://www.pccuk.net/default.htm?page=377 for the nova sport jet sizes give u a good starting point. different manifold and airbox may mean some adjustment required but wont be far off!
