fuel pump still not running

Right I am really confused. I know u said to wire up the red and blue wire, but if i connect it to the red and blue wire that goes to the fuel pump on the nova gte loom still nothing happens.

This is wot I have. Can some one tell me wot is needed to be connected to wot etc.

This pic is the fuel pump relay and some other wires (dont know wot they are except for the one on its own) on the c20xe loom.

this one is the plug u can see on the nova gte loom. This has the blue/red wire for fuel pump. but dont know wot the others do.

pictures arent great sorry, but anyone who's knows their stuff I hope u can help.

connect the blue/red wire from the C20xe loom to the positive of the pump.
