....Quick 32/34 Weber Question....

If I got a 32/34 Weber DTML Carb that is on a 1400 manifold...could I use the adapter plate off that on a 1300 manifold? As i know you need an adapter plate to fit them properly.
and could i use my existing 1.3 linkage?
